Our group's competency includes broad expertise in multiple programming languages, experience with bioinformatics programs and methods, and an understanding of large-scale system and project management. Given an increase in demand for web-enabled analysis tools and searchable databases, our most recent projects focus on scalable web-database design and integration. We provide consultation on a wide range of bioinformatics needs: sequence analysis methods; database design and implementation; and hardware and software selection.
