Bioinformatics - Mailing list for goings-on in the CGB Bioinformatics Group. List membership is restricted to people affiliated to Indiana University and their collaborators.

Programmers - Mailing list for help with programming and to announce programmer's meetings.

Genomics Lab - Mailing list for goings-on in the Genomics Lab.

Microarrays - Microarray users community at IUB uses this list to discuss microarray related issues and send announcements about the group's biweekly meetings

DGRC Staff - This list includes all CGB personnel assigned to the DGRC project. Email to the list will go to all list members. This method should prove useful for disseminating DGRC-related information to all project staff.

Daphnia - The Daphnia Genomics Consortium (DGC) is an international network of investigators committed to mounting the freshwater crustacean Daphnia as a model system for evolutionary/ecological genetics and genomics. The DGC consists of biologists from a broad spectrum of subdisciplines, including limnology, ecotoxicology, quantitative and population genetics, systematics, molecular biology and evolution, developmental biology, genomics and bioinformatics. In many regards, the rapid early success of the consortium results from its grass-roots origin promoting an international composition, under a cooperative model, with significant scientific breadth. We hold to this approach in building this network and encourage more people to participate. This mailing list is available to members and enthusiasts for the coordination of projects and to promote the growth of our organization.

Daphnia Genome - The Daphnia genome mailing list is available for the Daphnia Genome Project Steering Committee and experts who facilitate the community-wide annotation and related research of the Daphnia pulex genome sequence, which is produced by the Joint Genome Institute.
